RETURN POLICY

All Sale items or orders using a 20% or greater code will be considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging when applicable. Please do not return items that smell of smoke, or fragrance, with animal hair, that are beyond 30 days of order date, or that are Final Sale. If your return does not meet these requirements your items will be returned to you at your expense.

You must request a return within 14 days of your order date and if accepted, have your return received by us within 30 days of order date. Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

You may choose store credit or refund to original payment method in our return center request. Please note that refunds/credits are for the amount paid on product and not for any shipping and handling charges. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Spoiled Rotten Children’s Boutique is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Returns may be made in store at our Gardner Village location.

Please visit our Returns Center here to submit a return. Have the original email address associated with your order and your complete order number to begin process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed as returns. Please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Purchaser is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

SALES EVENTS

Discount codes for sale events can not be applied to a previous purchase.

All Sales are final for clearance items.
